Our Refund Policy
We truly believe that you will love our products and hopefully wont need to make a refund on our product. However, things do happen so we offer a 30-day refund policy where you have 30 days after receiving the product to request a refund.
Instead of physically returning your jewelry, you can contact us at support@brellic.com for a full refund? Why exactly? Returning our products contributes to a carbon footprint and goes against our ideas of sustainability. So instead, just tell us what went wrong, send us a picture of the product that shows it had arrived, your order number, and we will refund you your full amount.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@brellic.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send the full amount of how much you paid for our product through your process of payment.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if your product is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can resolve the issue that came up.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
